Lactic acid, Hydrogen peroxide and some antibiotics is the major antibacterial substances produced by lactobacilli. In the aspects of the production of antibacterial substances, to, increase the bacteriostatic activity, a) Using enriched media such as milk in order to implant the more lactobacilli to the intestine. b) Maximize the conditions of the total production effect of each antibacterial substance.
